The RE.balance retreat with Gloria and Nora gives you the space you need to take a time out to regenerate and revitalize your body and mind. Deepen your yoga practice and allow yourself a time just for you.
Join us in the beautiful setting of Ericeira, Portugal for a week of holistic balance through dynamic and relaxing yoga practices from Embodied Flow™ to traditional Hatha Yoga (Moon Sun Fire) and Yin Yoga.
Beyond the Asana practice, you will learn the effects of different meditations, breathing techniques and powerful embodiment exercises. You will also learn about the underlying themes of Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda and yogic principles that help you “off the mat” to maintain your balance and find it again and again. Guided by coaching elements and exercises from positive psychology, you get tools to bring the desired balance into your everyday life.
Healthy food and valuable time in nature help you to detoxify. The first day of the retreat is in complete silence to find peace inside and outside and to arrive properly. The rest of the days we look forward to an inspiring exchange within the group. We start the day with yoga practice and meditation. After breakfast, we dedicate ourselves to embodiment exercises or short lectures. You will have time to explore the surroundings or simply relax after a light lunch. After the evening yoga session, we will end the day with a cozy dinner.
This retreat is suitable for all levels, also for beginners.
